This is my uncensored review of the Turbo Fire Workout. I will be going over the in and out of Chalene Johnson Turbo Fire and I will not be holding back my opinion about anything. So, if this is something that might offend you, I’d suggest you leave now. If not, read on and discover if the Turbo Fire Workout will really deliver on the promises it makes.
Turbo Fire Workout
Turbo Fire Workout is a 90 day workout, similar to P90X. This program was created by the great motivator Chalene Johnson, responsible for the Turbo Series workouts, another one being Turbo Jam.

There are 12 workouts included in 10 DVD’s and they last anywhere between 10 and up to 50 minutes. This is a cardio workout program based on high intensity interval training using moves from kickboxing and hip hop dancing.
The combination of sports science and Chalene’s passion for great music gives you the best bang for your buck: You will burn 9 times more calories and fat than the average cardio
workout!
Turbo Fire Workout – Here’s My Story
A few of years ago I was 40 pounds overweight, I felt horrible and I hated how I looked and my self esteem was at an all time low. After being really active in college, I then graduated, got married and went on to working full time which left me with no time and energy to take care of myself. I am guessing that some of you might relate to what I’m saying, right?
I felt fat, without energy and pretty miserable. That’s when someone recommended P90X and Turbo Fire to me. But before I even tried these workouts I tried everything:
- Weight Watchers
- South Beach Diet
- Diet Pills
- Ab Roller
- Any Diet from a magazine
Since then, I have completed the Turbo Fire workout as well as P90X. Without a doubt I can tell you that Turbo Fire is the most fun I’ve ever had working out! Especially because I actually saw results, unlike any of the other things I mentioned that would kinda work for a little bit and then back to square one, or worse, I’d get fatter than before.
Turbo Fire Workout – What’s Included?
Turbo Fire Workout is made up of 12 workouts, let’s look at each one in detail, shall we?
1. Get Fired Up – Chalene Johnson will explain all the areas of this workout routine to help you get the most out of it and achieve your best results possible
2. Fire 30 / Stretch 10 Class – You’ll be punching, kicking and moving to the great music of “Give Up The Funk”
3. HIIT 15 Class / Stretch 10 Class – This is your first high intensity interval training workout and will leave you feeling great after burning so many calories in a short workout
4. Fire 55 EZ Class / Stretch 10 Class – Do not be fooled by the title! you will be sweating and burning calories to “Dazzey Dukes”
5. Fire 45 Class / Stretch 10 Class – this is my favorite workout! you dance, you punch and you kick to the beat of “Wiggle It”
6. HIIT 20 Class / Stretch 10 Class - There are 7 “fire drills” to be completed in 2o minutes to the beats of “Turn This Mutha Out”
7. Fire 45 EZ Class / Stretch 10 Class – Sweat to “In The Ayer” in this “break” from the other fire drills. But taking a break doesn’t mean easy or ineffective!
8. HIIT 25 Class / Stretch 10 Class - 25 minutes of the most intense HIIT drills yet with Chalene!
9. Sculpt 30 Class / Tone 30 Class – This workout is great to tone up your muscles with this resistance routine
10. Stretch 40 Class / Stretch 10 Class – This workout is designed to help you increase your flexibility to provide you with a lean, long look
11. Core 20 Class / Stretch 40 Class / Stretch 10 Class – This workout targets your tummy to deliver great abs!
Turbo Fire Workout – Does It Work?
If you look around online for Turbo Fire Reviews or other Turbo Fire results, you’ll discover lots of people who’ve had amazing transformations and that are super happy with what they’ve accomplished. The reason behind why Turbo Fire Workout is so effective are Fire Drills.
Fire Drills simply put are high intensity interval training: work hard for 1 minutes followed by a short rest or recovery period. This type of exercise also known as HIIT has been proven to be a successful way of burning a lot of calories and losing weight in the most efficient way simply because it’ll keep your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours after your workout is completed.
Chalene Johnson and the Turbo Fire Workout will keep you interested and your motivation at its highest because Chalene is a great motivator and because the music in all the workouts will keep you pumped up!
To me, using Turbo Fire Workout is like having my own personal trainer in my home. One of my favorite moments is when Chalene yells “YOU’RE NOT TIRED!” this always helps me push harder, even when I feel beat.
Turbo Fire Workout – Do I Need Anything Special?
Another great thing about TurboFire is that it comes with absolutely everything you need to get great results. There are different packages available and I only bought the basic stuff and I think this is more than enough.
It comes with:
1. Turn Up The Burn fitness guide. This will explain the workouts in detail and teach you about high intensity interval training and why it’s so effective.
2. Fuel The Fire Nutrition Guide. this diet guide tells you exactly what and how much to eat each day for maximum results. This will take the pressure off about thinking what foods to eat or feeling deprived. Quite the opposite. You’ll be eating regular, nutritious foods, feeling great and getting results. You can kiss all your diets and pills with the Turbo Fire Workout!
